Information on the processing of personal data

The basis for data processing are the following articles of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016:
– Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a: the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data,
– Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c: processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator,
– Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator.

Due to the need to ensure appropriate organization in the field of current affairs regarding our business as an entrepreneur, personal data may be made available to the following recipients: ICT service providers, courier and postal companies, law firms, debt collection companies, insurance companies.

Personal data is processed until the purpose for which it was collected ceases to exist.

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:

• the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
• the right to rectify (correct) your data, if it is incorrect or out of date, as well as the right to delete it, if the data is not processed in order to fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision or in the exercise of public authority;
• the right to limit or object to data processing;
